I want my money back, you think I'm playing?

IT'S A SATURDAY NIGHT

I LOCKED MYSELF OUT OF MY ROOM

I KNOW I'M STUPID

BUT YOU CHARGED ME £15 TO OPEN MY FLIPPING DOOR?!?!

1. It's a Saturday night.

2. I'm spending it alone, in my room, watching +TravieWilliams  +TravieBASED  new vlog (bout time). 

3. I walk out my room to get some MILK which I RARELY DRINK and FORGET TO TAKE MY DOOR OFF THE LATCH.

4. I have to knock for my friend to escort me to reception because we need ID to get in. Before we walked up there, I tried to call their 'call out team' phone number which just rings and rings and rings!!! 

5. ...What is the purpose of your job? To answer the phone, answer it!

6. So I walk up to reception (THANK GOD I'M DRESSED APPROPRIATELY TODAY)
Sitting there chilling is security, I explain my situation and he turns around and asks me for my ID...
 

DID YOU NOT HEAR ME JUST EXPLAIN MYSELF?

WHAT PART OF I... AM.... LOCKED..... OUT..... OF...... MY..... ROOM DID YOU NOT GET?!?

I'm standing there in house clothes with my friend who has HER ID in HER HAND. 

1+1 = 2

Sum the situation up 

Students don't walk around with their ID in their hands at home..

8. So after this idiot comes to terms with the fact I have NOTHING of value on me, we walk back to my flat.

9. He opens the door and then tells me he needs my ID and he's charging me £15 for opening my door as in I have contacted the 'Call Out Team'.

.. .. .. ...... ... .. ... .. 

ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW?!?

IT TOOK YOU LESS THAN A MINUTE

ONE SINGLE MINUTE TO WALK TO MY FLAT AND OPEN MY DOOR

THAT WASN'T EVEN AN OFFICIAL CALL OUT!

YOU WERE SITTING IN RECEPTION 

The fact I am spending my evening alone, in my room, watching crap TV isn't enough for you to feel sorry for me? But you know what COOL! I don't mind because I locked myself out, it is what it is. 

What made it worse was when he turned around and said:

HIS EXACT WORDS:

 "If you waited till the morning it would have been free"

The time is 9pm and reception doesn't open til 8am,.. Where the HELL am I suppose to go? 

Are you going to put me up in hotel? Are you gonna give me a replica of my phone to keep myself entertained while I 'waited til the morning?'

He needed a slap. He was in need of  a slap. I'm not even joking.

If you didn't want to move you should have given me the key and I would of done it my damn self.
